If you live in Evesham and have an out of hours emergency your choices are limited with the nearest non client registered fixed practices with emergency departments being in Worcester, Cheltenham or Birmingham.

We believe in transparent and fair pricing for our Emergency Home Visits. Our tiered fee system is designed to accommodate various circumstances, providing you with the best possible care for your furry family members.

• Weekday Evening Emergency Visit (Monday to Thursday):

  - Call Out Fee: £69
  - Consultation Fee: £79

• Weekend Evening Emergency Visit (Friday to Saturday):

  - Call Out Fee: £169
  - Consultation Fee: £79

• Bank Holidays and Sunday All Day:

  - Call Out Fee: £199
  - Consultation Fee: £79

Please note that our fees cover the call-out service and consultation. Any medication or treatment will be charged accordingly and agreed with you during the emergency home visit. We are able to offer an equivalent GP/Paramedic level of care in your home, ensuring a thorough assessment of your pet's condition. If we believe your level of care requires hospitalisation we will inform you on the call. Please provide as much information as you can to our call handler. Payment for emergency call outs will be taken at the time of the call.
